She has been really knowledgable and great to be a client of so far. Looking forward to the rest of the journey.
Absolutely fantastic place with professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring practitioners. Seb is brilliant at what he does and explains everything so clearly. You can really feel his passion for what he does. After just a few sessions I noticed a significant improvement, not only in my initial condition, but also in my overall physical and mental health. Seb also identified and corrected a hip condition that I had, until now, just learned to live with. If you are considering chiropractic, please don't hesitate to get in touch with these guys. They focus on your whole wellbeing, and it really is life changing.
I'm really glad I found Jake at Innate Health chiropractic. He always knows exactly what the problem is and what to do about it and I know my problems aren't the most simple. When I first saw him I'd been using crutches and could hardly walk. I could hardly walk to the clinic. I trust him to treat me and that says a lot. Highly recommended!
Jake through my course of treatment has improved my range of movement considerably. I would happily recommend it to anyone who suffers with any back or neck issues.
Im over half way through my treatment plan and jake has worked his magic. I was booked in to have an operation on my coccycx and now I dont need it. I didnt realise the pain was connected to other areas of my back so all the pain in my shoulders and neck have been resolved. I have tried lots of chiropractors before but nothing has worked until I met Jake.
I'm nearly halfway through my treatment following a herniated disc and Sebastian has been awesome in my recovery. As well as being a nice approachable guy he has explained everything from my initial scan through to each appointment and adjustment he is making keeping me at ease and confident of my treatment. Innate has a really nice and friendly vibe from the receptionist to the treatment table. Would highly recommend!
I visited the clinic yesterday and I was attended by Seb. I was very impressed with the experience. I will go back for sure
I have been attending the innate Health Chiropractic Clinic for the past few weeks and this has made such a difference to my posture, the pain in my back and hip. Jake explains every step throughout the process of treatments. I would highly recommend Jake and the practice, which I would describe as a very tranquil and welcoming place. Take the first dtep and book for a consultation - I should have done this a long time ago
Love this place! Jake and Seb are great professionals when it comes to posture. I suffered from a shoulder pain I couldn’t even sleep. Sessions with Seb helped me not only to get rid of the pain but to fix the initial issue with posture which was causing all problems. The whole atmosphere there is so aesthetic and warm which is a huge plus for me🤍
I have been attending Innate Chiropractor for over 3 years & without sounding too dramatic it has been life changing for me. I had a really bad lower back & some days struggled to walk but Jakes unique therapy has changed all that & with regular visits my back continues to be significantly better & generally I am pain free most of the time. I would sincerely recommend Innate Chiropractor & in particular I find Jake incredibly knowledgeable, professional, genuine & kind but very effective. I wouldn’t go to anyone else now
I’ve been going to Innate Chiropractic for a few months now having struggled with neck and back mobility issues and I have to say, Jake has made such a difference. From my initial assessment through to having the treatment, every step has been professional, friendly and expertly carried out to the point that my posture is so much better than before with a lot less pain. I would definitely recommend Jake and the team at Innate Chiropractic to anyone thinking of seeing a chiropractor
After suffering for months with an aching lower back that was starting to affect my sleep I decided to visit Jake, he identified the cause in the initial assessment and set out a plan to correct the issue and explained everything clearly. I noticed the difference within a few sessions and now after the full treatment plan it’s so much better. Should have gone years ago before it got so bad.
I was recommended Innate by my son who said Jake was brilliant! He was not wrong, since starting my sessions he has improved movement in my neck, back and knee. I would definitely suggest anyone with pain or limited movement give Innate a go.
My wife had a new hip and was finding that her opposite knee was giving her a lot of pain. After her assessment with Seb her problem was diagnosed and treated with a series of sessions with Jake. She is now able to walk up and down stairs unaided and her co ordination is much better. Her quality of life has improved tremendously.
Recently started a journey with Innate and it's been a fantastic experience so far, from the initial consultation and explanation of the treatment plan. The whole team are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful providing support in all aspects of the practice. I would highly recommend the practice to anyone.
If your experiencing any type of pain then Innate are the place to go. The treatment and relief I have received from Jake makes life a lot easier. The practice is warm, welcoming and relaxed, I highly recommend them.

HOW DOES
Chiropractic Work?
Chiropractic treatment engages with the nervous system, focusing on the spine and nerves, to restore balance and ease throughout the body. Whereas conventional healthcare methods focus on alleviating pain, chiropractic focuses on treating the root cause of the problem, using a holistic approach that allows the body to heal itself.
The aim of a chiropractor is to ensure your spine and other joints have unrestricted movement, a balanced posture, and no undue muscle tension. This means the body can function correctly, allowing it to adapt and cope with the stresses and strains of daily life.
When it comes to the health of your spine and joints, a chiropractor is the best health professional to get you back on track.

Chiropractic Adjustments - What to Expect
Adjusting the spine, also referred to as spinal manipulation, is the classic form of chiropractic treatment. Our chiropractors use precise adjustments to the affected area of the spine to restore movement and function. Chiropractic treatments can be adapted for the individual patient to cater for their age, requirements and needs. Whether gentle, low-force adjustments or more deep structural adjustments.
It is perfectly normal to feel and hear a clicking or popping sound with a spinal adjustment. This is purely air in the joint being displaced with the movement. It is rarely uncomfortable when performed correctly and most people feel immediate relief and benefit from treatment

Frequently Asked Questions
A chiropractor is highly skilled to detect and correct issues in the spine and joints that alter our bodies ability to function well and maintain a state of health. Chiropractors focus on the nervous system and its ability to regulate our spinal health, muscle tension, posture and joint motion. Chiropractors train at Masters level for 4-5 years at university to understand expertly how the body functions. They also learn a multitude of approaches to help people recover their health and live better lives.
By analysing the skeletal frame, paying particular attention to the balance of the pelvis, the shoulder girdle and the head-on-neck relationship, chiropractors are able to find patterns of stress in the body. These stress and tension patterns accumulate over time and can be the result of injury, habitual postural stress such as sitting at a desk, stress related to our mental and emotional health, and biochemical stresses from toxins in our diet and the environment. These accumulated stress patterns alter our posture, muscle tension and ability of our joints to move well. These changes can lead to pain and degeneration over time.
Chiropractors use adjustments to correct these imbalances. Adjustments can be done in a variety of ways and adapted to the person’s needs, and most often involve a quick gentle thrust to the spine or other joints to loosen restricted and misaligned joints. Chiropractors may also use rehab exercises and stretches to compliment the adjustment.
Chiropractors treat misalignments and imbalances in the spinal column that affect our ability to function at our best. These imbalances can present themselves in many ways, manifesting as back pain, neck pain, headaches, shoulder issues, pains in other joints like the knee and ankle, muscle tension and an inability to relax, disc issues such as a disc prolapse or hernia, and sciatica. Rather than treating the symptoms, we look for the root cause by assessing your posture and spinal movement.
Chiropractors and osteopaths tend to see the same type of issues and both are exceptional for helping people get well. Chiropractors tend to focus more on the health and function of the nervous system, whereas osteopaths tend to focus more on the muscles. Nowadays there is a lot of crossover and there are more similarities than differences. The important thing is to find a practitioner who has honed his craft and made it his or her mission to become exceptional at what they do.
Chiropractic is a very broad profession and there are many different ways to adjust the spine. A good chiropractor will have learnt different techniques and approaches that he can utilise depending on the client and their particular issues.
Chiropractors see patients all the time who come with sciatica. Sciatica is a general term that refers to pain that runs from the pelvis down the leg and often to the calf or foot. Strictly speaking, sciatica is where the large nerve (the sciatic nerve) that runs from the pelvis down the leg, gets irritated, often as a result of a disc hernia, or muscle tension in the buttock area. In the majority of cases, chiropractic is an excellent treatment option.
Back pain is the most common reason for visiting a chiropractor. Back pain is most often the result of a misaligned or restricted pelvis and lower back. These imbalances can pull our muscles tight and lead to further changes that affect other areas, like the mid or upper back, neck, hips and legs.
Chiropractors have always used the honorary title Doctor, or Doctor of Chiropractic. We are not medical doctors and Chiropractic is a well defined speciality in its own right. All Chiropractors are registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
We don’t stipulate a specific dress code as all our assessments and procedures can be done fully clothed. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that isn’t restrictive. You will need to remove your shoes, belt and jumper. We have gowns available if necessary.
Chiropractors treat some sports injuries depending on the nature of the injury and where it is. If you are unsure, contact us to see if we can help.
The cost of a Chiropractic visit can vary, generally ranging from £40 to £50, with the initial consultation usually costing a bit more. The price may reflect the location and the level of service involved. Generally speaking, you are not paying for the length of the session but the skill and expertise that that chiropractor offers.
Chiropractic is incredibly safe. We are trained to know when it may not be suitable to adjust someone in certain instances, in which case we can refer you to your GP and request some imaging like an x-ray or MRI.
When searching for a good chiropractor, a word of mouth recommendation can be very useful. Be sure to check out their website and the google reviews. The chiropractor will be more than happy to answer any queries you may have.
